This was an incredible venue and I would recommend this event to everyone. The small, single track, dead end road is a bit of a concern when you see it for the first time but it flows into the ranch so don't panic and think you have to turn a 30ft trailer around at the dead end.

The stabling was temporary and permanent with limited electricity in the temporary stalls, but it was workable. Water was also workable with the many hoses people brought. The wash racks were huge and in good locations. Trailer parking was close and spacious. Golf cart rental was onsite. The food was just so, so and a bit slow so no kudos there. The competitors party was an open bar with barbeque which was pretty good.

The dressage arena was like an NFL football field. Tip:Use studs for dressage and cones as the grass became pretty slick with dew and rain. Warm up and exercise areas were wide open and spacious.

The obstacles were really nice. The only one I had some concerns over was the water and some of it's sloping sides. The tracks were packed roads with some sandy areas and fields. Not especially flat for Florida.

Cones was in the dressage arena and included a bridge which I didn't care much for as I thought it was too angled. Coming off of it was jarring. Use studs.
