My all-time favorite book, Atlas Shrugged, will make it's movie debut April 15th, 2011. Movies have rarely, if ever, been as good as the book, but this one has great initial reviews so I have high hopes that it will be even half as impressive as the Audible version.
Atlas Shrugged is one of those memorable books that sucks you in and makes you think. I've spent hours listening to the Audible version over and over as I try to grasp all of the layers of the characters lives. One of these days I will plop myself in a beach chair on a quiet tropical island and read all 1000 plus pages in one sitting so I can get the full scope of the storyline and all that it has to say. Until then, I take in small bits of this wonderful book written by a very modern 1950s woman.
