Woodsmith Farm

We packed up the trailer with Romeo, Lenka, 2 carriages, a golf cart, Rachel, June and Erin to make the long trek from the frosty North to the warm weather of Bronson, FL to attend the Nature Coast HDT at the Black Prong Equestrian Center.

Lenka was just coming off of having a baby so this was her debut combined driving event and she was entered in the Training Level Pony division with Rachel Niceley driving.  Romeo was making his second CDE appearance in the Preliminary Pony division with Erin Woodcock driving.

The whole weekend was one great experience after another.  The dressage and cones went really well and the marathon was a blast with both horses.

Lenka proved to be a dressage super star and won the Training Level Pony division and was also the overall Training Level Dressage Champion!  Romeo took on the marathon with gusto and had the fastest time in every obstacle, winning the marathon for his division!
