If you want a carriage that can rock and roll through the obstacles but still looks very nice for dressage, this 2005 Tidaholm 207CD is it. It's light enough (406 lbs w/shafts) for large ponies but is commonly used with 16+ hand horses as seen by several Advanced and Intermediate level drivers. Call for pricing.
Specs on the carriage can be seen on:

It has rear Brembo motorcycle brakes. No delayed steering, no pedal or knob fifth wheel break, but it can be adjusted under the carriage. I also have a custom made box to raise the seat up 4" for a taller horse. The double navigator grips have been converted back into a single but the removed double grips will go with the carriage and can be welded back on (we can do this for you).
A few have asked...in the pics, I am 6' and my bay horse is 16.1.
The carriage has been kept inside and cleaned off after pretty much every drive. Mechanically sound and only driven by two part time Prelim drivers. It has never been wrecked or bent by a horse. There is a small tear in the arm area of the seat that happened in shipping from Sweden and I have the vinyl to repair it. Some small dings from shipping and some paint on one shaft from what I assume was an obstacle rub.
